Confirm the faulty nvme slot by using iBMC logs

Issue Description

Faulty disk alarm found on RH2288H V3 server. Could find out the disk slot in order to know which one should be replaced

Handling Process

Analyze the logs. Check infocolect if you have nvme drivers
or comandd line in the os by checking the nvme statrus -> the one is faulty rember the SN and check in the ibm
in sistem info and other device all the nvme relationshep

to confirm the faaulty slot


Analyze the logs, then check the infocolect logs if you have nvme drivers or or command line in the OS by checking the nvme status.

In the status  if there is  one slot faulty, we need to take the SN and check in the iBMC logs in order to find the right slot.

We can  also check in in the system information and other device all the nvme relationship in order to confirm the faulty slot


Ask the customer for infocollet logs.
