Basic information about the involved site:
● OceanStor S2600: single controller (software version: 1.04.01.205.T01)
● SES version: S021.
● Server: AIX6100-01 operating system and HACMP cluster software (188.8.131.52).
● Controller A maps two private LUNs for two hosts respectively. The two hosts share the four LUNs in the cluster. After the private LUN is activated, the cluster fails to start up.
The primary node can be started up normally, but the secondary node fails to start up.
Analyze the storage logs and find that the following operations are performed on the S2600:
The Reserve command was issued.

Normally, when running cluster software, the primary node first starts and issues the Reserve and ClearReserve commands. Then the secondary node starts. However, if primary LUNs have been activated, the primary node cannot issue the LOGOUT command to execute the clear-reserve operation. As a result, the cluster cannot be started.
Run the HACMP software and then activate LUNs.
