Issue Description

LifeSize H323 endpoint cannot directly call MCU VP9630 to join/create a conference via IVR, but if it is added to MCU's Address Book, the call is successful. The MCU is registered to a GK.

Alarm Information

no alarm

Handling Process

Signaling logs for both scenarios were gathered and by analyzing them, in the unsuccessful call scenario it was seen that the MCU did not even try to send ARQ to GK (but in the successful call scenario, after receiving H225 SETUP from LifeSize endpoint, MCU sent ARQ to GK, received ACF and then continued with the call).

Root Cause

The parameter "enable-cryptonym-call-in" should have value 1, but the implicit value is 0.

The following commands were entered to enable this parameter:

<HUAWEI VP9630>system-view conf-policy enable-cryptonym-call-in
Enable cryptonym call in{0:disable 1:enable}[0]:1
  Info:set enable-cryptonym-call-in success!
<HUAWEI VP9630>save
are you sure to save config?(y/n):y
  Info:save config success!

After setting this parameter to 1, the direct calls from LifeSize endpoint were successful.
