Customer is having issues colelcting logs and signaling diagnostics as the web interface not having the options:

Tested the scenario that the customer is experiencing and I have found out that the customer is using the “normal user” and not the “admin” user:
1. Entered the system with “Normal user”:
2. Exit the page to log in again, using the admin user:
3. and the web interface is working as expected : signaling diagnostic and logs can be downloaded without any issues:
The customer was using the "Normal user" instead of "administrator user"
