GPON deployment with ONT having problem while bind a WAN Bridge interface with the SSID1

Issue Description

Customer  involved in a massive GPON deployment with around 600 ONTs with the same configuration. While  provisioning ONT configuration with TR-069 and it worked fine, but having problem when trying to bind a WAN Bridge interface with the SSID1.

If we Set this information to the ONT durint a “0 BOOTSTRAP”, the interface is created succesfully:

declare("InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.3.WANIPConnection.*", null, {path: 1});

declare("InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.3.WANIPConnection.1.ConnectionType", null, {value: "IP_Bridged"});

declare("InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.3.WANIPConnection.1.Enable", null, {value: true});

declare("InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.3.WANIPConnection.1.NATEnabled", null, {value: false});

declare("InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.3.WANIPConnection.1.X_HW_PRI", null, {value: 0});

declare("InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.3.WANIPConnection.1.X_HW_VLAN", null, {value: 20});

but if append the the next binding, the interface is not created.

declare("InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.3.WANIPConnection.1.X_HW_LANBIND.SSID1Enable", null, {value: true});

Is missing any other value to bind WAN interface to SSID? As after tested shutting down WAN interface before to set the binding, but it don't work neither.

The only way to enable the binding is doing through the ONT WebAdmin portal.

First we need to collect the below info to analyze the issue.

1. PC connect to the  ONT LAN port via cable, log in ONT's web page using admin account(username/password: telecomadmin/admintelecom) to enable the LAN side telnet function as below:

2. telnet ONT, and type the following command line to enable ethportmirror function.

WAP>set ethportmirror sourceport 10 destport X mirrordate 2 enable 1

PS: X is pc connect to ONT LAN port X

3. Open Wireshark tool on PC, and capture package.

4. reproduce this case and when the issue is reproduced, save the package captured by Wireshark.

5. uses admin account to login to the ONT web page, can collect fault information and ONT configuration file.

After collecting the info, we suggest to use this enhance node to implemnet thsi function as below:

1. Create an instance for this node:

2. Set the following nodes:

For example

if you want to bind LAN1, SSID1 and SSID5 to second WAN and this WAN interface is IPoE wan:

                                    PolicyRouteType = SourcePhyPort

                                    PhyPortName = LAN1,SSID1,SSID5

                                    WanName = wan1.3.ip1

If the second wan interface is PPPOE wan, then WanName = wan1.2.ppp1

If the first wan interface is PPPOE wan, then WanName = wan1.1.ppp1

Other value keep default is OK

Solved provisioning the BIND 300 seconds after the ONT has been provisioned.
