Issue Description

The IPC6625-Z30 is shaking at every PTZ movement.

At a first glance you should consider to verify the physical installation of the PTZ camera, if all the screws are corectly and steady fastened/mounted.

If every installation step is followed as per the recommended Huawei documentation and the camera still shakes when the PTZ is moved, then the last resort is to check the inside belt of the motor (hardware part).

This is the way of disassamble the dome IPC camera:

1. Remove the four screws in the central cavity

2. Open the central cavity and remove the five connectors

3. Use diagonal pliers to cut off the cable ties

4. Remove the four screws that are used to fix the electrical machine in the horizontal direction and check the belt

This procedure should help you fix shaking issue in case it was due to a hardware issue.
