The device version displayed in the device upgrade tool is not the actual one.
Perform the following steps:
1. Close the device upgrade tool.
2. Log in to Toolkit and click the Device tab.
3. Select the device that has the version inconsistency issue and click Update.
After the update succeeds, the displayed version is the actual one.
4. Choose All Functions > Upgrade and click Device Upgrade to open the device upgrade tool.
