Issue Description

How can I solve the support user's failure to log in to the N8000 storage system?


1. Log in to the CLI as user master.

2. Run the admin supportuser status command to view the status of the support user.

c5050.Admin> supportuser status
support user status : Enabled
If support user status is Enabled, contact Huawei technical support.
If support user status is Disabled, run the admin supportuser enable command to enable the support user account. Then, the support user is allowed to log in to the N8000.
