Problem when trying to upgrade eSight

Issue Description

Customer is receiving the following error when he is trying to upgrade eSight 



Solution

We have checked the eSight installation folders and we noticed that the  file explorer is keeping the eSight directory occupied.

After we killed the explorer.exe process the eSight installation runs without problems.
