TE50 presentation sharing

Issue Description

Issue description:when customer share presentation on TE50, error appeared that feature is not supported 

network topology: TE50>> Cisco call manager CUCM 

Alarm Information

"the current conference doesn't support the presentation sharing"

Handling Process


1- Check  from “presentation output port” list the specified port you already connect to your PC or projector (HDMI or VGA) , that means if you connect the TE50 with VGA cable in VGA PC port you should choose “VGA out” option on TE50

2- after checking, cuatomer was connecting VGA cable with PC but the configured as deafault is HDMI

Root Cause

the configured presentation output port by default is HDMI and customer connect VGA cable with PC not HDMI 

Solution

1.       Choose  from “presentation output port” list the specified port you already connect to your PC or projector (HDMI or VGA) , that means if you connect the TE50 with VGA cable in VGA PC port you should choose “VGA out” option on TE50 


2- if the port is not the same as configured, log in TE50 

3- From advanced >settings>video> common settings>video output>> "choose the VGA or HDMI"
