Why cannot the ASG management center receive logs?
The ASG management
center cannot receive logs because the firewall function is enabled on the
server where the ASG management center is installed, or the IP address of the
device bound to the ASG management center is different from the IP address of
the interface used by the device to send logs. For example, multiple interfaces
on the ASG are configured with IP addresses, one interface is configured with
multiple secondary IP addresses, or the management center IP address change is
not synchronized to the ASG.
If the firewall function is disabled on the server and the IP address of the device bound to the ASG management center is the same as the IP address of the interface for sending logs and the management center IP address is correctly configured on the ASG, see other possible causes in Fail to Query Logs After Logging In to the ASG Management Center.
