Publication Date:  2019-01-18 Views:  137 Downloads:  0
Issue Description

How can I log in to the web UI when only the IP address of the VLAN interface is configured on the ASG but I forget this IP address?

Handling Process

·         l If an interface is not added to a VLAN, log in to the ASG through the console port, configure an IP address for this interface, connect the PC to the interface, and change the IP address of the PC to be in the same network segment as the IP address of the interface.

·         l If all interfaces are added to a VLAN, log in to the ASG through the console port, run the display vlan all command in any view to check the IP address of the VLAN interface, connect the PC to any interface in the VLAN, and change the IP address of the PC to be in the same network segment as the IP address of the VLAN interface.

·         l If the configurations on the ASG are not needed any more or have been backed up, you can press the RESET button to restore factory defaults. For details, see "Restoring Factory Settings" in the Hardware Guide.
