Publication Date:  2019-01-24 Views:  89 Downloads:  0
Issue Description

A user enters the SSL VPN gateway address in the address bar of a browser and press Enter. The browser displays a message indicating that the webpage cannot be displayed.

Handling Process

Cause 1: The route between the user PC and SSL VPN gateway is unreachable.

Run the ping command on the PC to ping the IP address of the virtual gateway to be accessed. If the ping operation fails, the route is unreachable. Check the network status and ensure that the route is correctly configured.

Cause 2: The IP address or port number of the SSL VPN gateway is changed.

Contact the administrator to obtain the correct SSL VPN gateway address and port number.

Cause 3: The security policy configuration is incorrect.

1.  Log in to the web page of the NGFW as an administrator and choose Policy > Security Policy > Security Policy in the navigation tree.

2.  Check the security policy configuration to determine whether a security policy restricts the user's login to the SSL VPN gateway. If yes, modify the configuration of this policy.
