Unable to configure SecoClient, GUI not visible

Issue Description

The customer is trying to configure the SecoClient on his windows 10 system. The program is installed and starts but he is unable to access the interface. No window opens and the preview in the bottom in the taskbar only shows a white window/page. 

The version is V100R001C30SPC600



For SecoClient it is necessary V100R001C30SPC900 or later versions. the customer has to download the last version for 64 bits, then uninstall the program and the adapter from the Device Manager:

The customer has to upgrade the firmware to V100R001C30SPC900.
