Issue Description

Customer from XXX country raise an issue regarding Comp Suction LP lock alarm on ECC800 in FusionModule 800.

Alarm Information

Comp Suction LP lock alarm, a060

Handling Process

1) As per conversation with customer, this is a new delivery. Requested customer to import logs from ECC800

Root Cause

1) From the logs collected, we can see that the suction preseure on the NetCol 5000 is lower that usual, the range must be from 0.7MPa-1.2MPA. In the logs we can see that the suction pressure drops to 0.11MPa

( Suction Pressure logs can be obtained under run_log.csv)

There are 2 possible solution for this case based on the information provided;

1) Not enough refrigerent was pumped into the compressor during installation and comissioning stage

2) There is leakage on the refrigerent pipe that may cause leakage of gas

In this case, this problem managed to be solved by adding/top-up regfigerant.
Since this is a new project, please follow the installation/comissioning guide striclty to avoid this issues. To ensure how much of gas needed to be added, we can use the tool on Support web page to determine how much of refregirent is needed to be added into the newly installed NetCol. This tool is very useful since it gives you the precise amount of refrigerent needed to be added based on the paramaters together with illustration on how to connect the hose to the NetCol to fill in the refrigerent.
