Customer configured the alarms, rechecked the Backup configuration and cleaned all the alarms. Still the backup isn’t working properly.

Root cause of the issue is the changing of the "Gandalf" account and password. The desktop components information were not updated.
Suggestion: re-configure this page then run the backup again.
As you can see, the backup works 100% now.
