The client configured LDAP but could not successfully log in to BMC
We checked the customer's configuration and found that on the AD domain, the customer made the wrong user name as the group name. We helped him create a new group. On the BMC configuration, I found that the client configuration LDAP Group Folder also had problems. After the configuration, we found that we still can't log in to the BMC to use domain users. After removing the DNS settings on the BMC,and delete parameter in controller the problem is resolved.
The client did not correctly configure the domain user parameters, resulting in a failure to log in successfully.
After modifying the parameters, the login problem is solved.
