Publication Date:  2019-07-17 Views:  170 Downloads:  0

Issue Description

Device model: ME60

Software version: V600R008C10SPC300

Patch version: V600R008SPH061

The reason for the online failure is that the huawei domain is blocked. You need to check whether the Huawei mobile phone accesses the huawei domain.

2.Analyze the packet header obtaining of DHCP Discover messages sent by the Huawei mobile phone.

The Option60 field carries the vendor identifier HUAWEI. The dhcp option-60 domain-included partial-match configuration exists on the ME60.

Root Cause

The ME60 matches the Option 60 field in the DHCP Discover packets sent by a terminal and attempts to authenticate the Huawei mobile phone in a blocked domain.

Suggestions

In 2012 solution Technical Solution to Using Option 60 on ME60s in the Broadcasting System, the blocked domain is named .

At that time, Huawei mobile phones did not enter the market. Using huawei as the name of a blocked domain does not cause a problem.

You are advised to rename the blocked domain when providing this solution to a customer.
