Some broadband users connected to the MA5680T fail to access the Internet (dialup 651 error).
1. Query the configuration data of the user experiencing this issue. The configuration data is correct. Run the display mac-address vlan command to check whether the service VLAN has upstream packets. The upstream MAC address can be learned. Therefore, the fault is not caused by the upstream transmission.
2. Check whether the transmit and receive optical signals are normal and whether the line quality is normal. Run the display statistics ont-line-quality command to query the line quality. The line quality is normal and there is no bit error.
3. Collect the fault information of the users. The users experiencing this issue are on the same board. It is suspected that the board is soft invalid. After the board is reset, the fault persists. It is suspected that the board hardware is faulty. After the board is replaced, the fault is rectified.
