Issue Description

It is needed to register a third party IP phone to CloudUSM, but the register fails.

Handling Process

Gather or collect the regular or necessary information to register an IP Phone to USM, such as:

  • USM signaling IP address
  • uPortal address
  • Domain name configured in USM or the EC solution
  • Number configured in USM
  • Password for registering


In order to register the IP Phone, you need to enter the configuration in the right way as the next picture:



In the image we can see that the phone has been succesfully registered, under the Registered Status.
