Issue Description

Version: WebRTC V600R006C10SPC200

Networking diagram:

Fault symptom: When a user logs in to the WebRTC UPortal using the Chrome browser, the system displays a message indicating too many IP addresses.

Handling Process

1. Check local IP address settings. There are only two IP addresses, which is normal and does not exceed the allowed number of 10.

2. IP addresses are checked in the SDP information encapsulated by Chrome. Switch Chrome to debug mode and check the SDP information. It is found that the SDP contains many "a" lines.

3. According to the preceding information, it is suspected that the browser version does not match. Check the browser version and find that the customer uses the 69 version. However, currently the WebRTC supports only the 57-62 versions. The customer is advised to use an earlier version. Then tests find that services are normal and the fault is rectified.
