FAQ:How to Configure an ME60 to Allow Terminals to Access the Network Without Authentication After the RADIUS Server Goes Down

Publication Date:  2019-04-07 Views:  82 Downloads:  0

Issue Description

How can I configure an ME60 to allow terminals to access the network without authentication after the RADIUS server goes down?

1. Configure RADIUS+none authentication in the authentication template.

authentication-scheme jsviat

  authentication-mode radius none

2. In the accounting template, perform configuration to allow terminals to access the network even when authentication fails.

 accounting-scheme jsviat

  accounting start-fail online

By default, if the accounting server fails in accounting, users cannot go online and the value-added service is deleted.
