Issue Description

When a user configures DCO in conditions that DCO disks haves sufficient space, the following error message is displayed:

Handling Process

Check whether the DCO disks are in the FAILING state:

Clear the FAILING identifiers of the disks:

Check again to ensure that all FAILING identifiers of the DCO disks are cleared:

Run the DCO creation command again. The command is executed successfully.

Root Cause

The test bandwidth is close to the theoretical bandwidth.
