Continuous Presence Settings Are Not Available After Chair Control Rights Are Obtained for the TE40 Through the Remote Control

Issue Description

The customer obtains chair control rights for the TE40 through the remote control. When the customer wants to set continuous presence on the terminal using the remote control, the continuous presence settings are not available in the conference control function.


Use the remote control to perform the following operations:

Choose advanced > setting (default password: 12345678) > display > personalize. In chose conference control operation, select multiscreen and click save.

Note: The following functions are available after chair control rights are obtained. These functions need to be selected in chose conference control operation before they can be used.

Release chair control rights, view a site, add a site, disconnect a site, mute/unmute the microphone, extend a conference, end a conference, set continuous presence, start a discussion, broadcast a site, voice activation, mute/unmute a speaker, lock the presentation right, call a site, delete a site, revoke the presentation right, give the floor, request the floor
