Issue Description

FAQ: Some records are MAC addresses and some other records are account names in the user name column in the WLAN online user statistics report. The wireless authentication mode is the MAC address-prioritized portal authentication.

Handling Process

User names displayed on eSight are obtained from mib(hwAccessUserName of devices. eSight does not perform special processing on the obtained user names. Run the display access-user command in the WLAN view of the device to view the user name.

MAC address-prioritized portal authentication consists of two steps: The first step is MAC address authentication. If the MAC address authentication is successful, the displayed user name is the MAC address. If the MAC address authentication fails, the portal authentication is performed. If the portal authentication is successful, the displayed user name is the account name.
