At a site, the customer failed to mount a CIFS share to a host using the CIFS 1.0 protocol, but succeeded by using the CIFS 2.0 and 3.0 protocols.
1. Ensure that no port limit is set between the storage device and host, and the CIFS port is normal.
2. Run the following command to check the CIFS share status: admin:/>show service cifs.
In the command output, the status of SMB1 is disable.
3. Run the following command to enable the SMB1.0 protocol and remount the file system:
change service cifs smb1_enable=yes
Because the SMB1.0 is disabled, the file system fails to be mounted using the CIFS 1.0 protocol.
Run the command in the CLI to enable SMB1.0.
