Issue Description

During the deployment of an RH5885 V3 server, the following error message is displayed when the Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit) SP1 system is installed.

“If the computer is restarted unexpectedly or encounters an error, the Windows installation cannot continue. If you want to install Windows, click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.”

Handling Process

Reinstall the RHEL system. The installation is successful. Therefore, the fault is not caused by a hardware problem.

Collect the dump_info.tar file for upgrade analysis.

Uninstall the two HBA cards configured on the server, and then install the Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 system. After the system installation is complete, install the two HBA cards back, and then install the following four drivers underlined in red. The system installation is successful.
