Publication Date:  2019-04-17 Views:  73 Downloads:  0

Issue Description

The C/S client breaks down occasionally on the Windows 10 operating system.

The VCN3010 version corresponding to the C/S client is V100R002C50, and the operating system is Windows 10.

The Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library window is displayed, with the "Runtime Error" and "abnormal program termination" messages, as shown in the following figure.

Handling Process

1.Disable the .NET Framework 4.7 service.

Choose Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off and deselect Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.

2.Install the .NET Framework 4.0. After the installation, the fault is rectified.

Root Cause

The adaptation framework for the C/S client of the V100R002C50 version is .NET Framework 4.0. However, the built-in .NET Framework version of the Windows 10 operating system is 4.7, resulting in version incompatibility.
