The New Camera Added to the CU Client of the VCN3000 Cannot Be Displayed on the Live Video Playing and Camera Management Pages

Issue Description
After a new camera is added to the CU client of the VCN3000, the camera cannot be displayed on the live video playing and camera management pages. The customer uses the allocated account instead of the super administrator account to log in to the CU.
Solution
1. Log in to the CU client as the super administrator, choose User Management  > User Maintenance, and select a user that can view the newly added camera.
2. Click Rights configuration, select the camera that is not displayed, and click Save to exit the IVS client.
3. Log in to the CU client as the original user and check whether the camera exists on the live video playing and camera management pages.
