Internal error. Reload the certificate list and try again.
1. Check FusionAccess and system certificates. The certificates are correct.
2. Log in to the VM using a Windows 7 client. The login is successful.
3. After various tests, it is found that this problem occurs because the Windows 10 client is incompatible with the AccessClient of the VM. After the user installs the corresponding patch to replace the AccessClient, this issue is fixed.
Replace the AccessClient.
When this problem occurs, plug the smart card in and out repeatedly and use different clients for testing to locate the fault.
