Issue Description

When a user tries to log in to a Windows 10 VM provisioned by FusionAccess through a smart card from a Windows 10 client, an internal error is displayed, informing the user to re-load the certificate list and log in again.

Alarm Information

Internal error. Reload the certificate list and try again.

Handling Process

1. Check FusionAccess and system certificates. The certificates are correct.

2. Log in to the VM using a Windows 7 client. The login is successful.

3. After various tests, it is found that this problem occurs because the Windows 10 client is incompatible with the AccessClient of the VM. After the user installs the corresponding patch to replace the AccessClient, this issue is fixed.

Root Cause

The Windows 10 client in use is incompatible with the AccessClient of the VM.

Replace the AccessClient.

When this problem occurs, plug the smart card in and out repeatedly and use different clients for testing to locate the fault.
