customer replaces the PC where the IVS client is installed. Consequently, the
decoder cannot be detected on the video wall after the user logs in to the IVS
Check whether the IP address of the new PC is the same as that of the old PC. (You do not need to change the IP address on the decoder. The IP address of the original IVS client is still used for registration.)
If yes, go to Step 2.
Check whether the firewall and antivirus software on the client are disabled. (Choose Control Panel > Windows Firewall and disable the firewall.)
If the functions are disabled, go to Step 3.
Restart the decoder. (The decoder is registered on the original PC. After the PC is replaced, the decoder does not register with the new PC. After the decoder is restarted, the decoder initiates registration to the new PC.)
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
