Failed to Run the Preinstallation Command on FusionInsight HD C70

Issue Description
During FusionInsight HD installation, no error occurs until configuring and checking the installation environment based on instructions provided in FusionInsight HD Product Documentation. However, an error message "No such file or directory" is reported when performing the preinstallation.
Handling Process

1.Ensure that the operations are correct, and the required file has been uploaded to the specified directory by checking FusionInsight HD Product Documentation of the corresponding version.

2.Run the following command: cd /opt/FusionInsight/software/preinstall.

Check whether the path exists. It is found that the path exists.

3.Run the ll command to check whether the file exists. It is found that the file exists.

4.Check whether the file permission is proper. The permission configuration is proper.

5. After the ./ command is executed, an error message 'No such file or directory'' is displayed.

6.Reinstall the system and reconfigure the network by referring to instructions in FusionInsight HD Product Documentation. The installation is successful, and no error is reported.
Root Cause
During the problem backtracking, it is found that this installation requires the reinstallation of the cluster that was uninstalled. The problem is caused by the incomplete uninstallation of the cluster.
After the cluster is uninstalled, it is recommended that OS installation is performed on the active and standby nodes to ensure that no preinstall error occurs because of residual data.
