1. Capture packets on the VCN3010 platform and synchronize the directory on the OMU portal. The captured packets show that the VCN3010 sends a directory synchronization request to the port 5061 of the Hikvision platform. However, the VCN3010 does not receive any responses from the Hikvision platform and it is displayed in the packets that the destination port is unreachable.
2. Capture packets on the Hikvision platform. The packets show that no directory synchronization request is received from the VCN3010. Only the keep-alive messages sent from the Hikvision platform (port 7100) to the VCN3010 and the response message (200 OK) sent by the VCN3010 are received.
3. According to the captured packets, the communication port of the Hikvision external domain is 7100, but the VCN3010 sends the synchronization request to port 5061. Log in to the OMU portal of the VCN3010 and check the external domain configuration. It is found that the port configuration is incorrect.
4. Delete the external domain, add port 7100 of the Hikvision platform as the new external domain, and share the camera list again. The directory synchronization is normal, and the fault is rectified.
