Black Screen Occurs When Live Video Is Played on the Hikvision Platform

Issue Description
The Huawei VCN platform connects to the Hikvision platform. The Hikvision platform functions as the upper-layer domain of the Huawei platform. Cameras are displayed as proper and online on the Huawei platform. However, black screen occurs when the live video is played on the Hikvision platform.
Handling Process
1. Find a camera and determine the MPU to which the camera belongs. After this problem recurs on the Hikvision platform, capture packets on the MPU to which the camera belongs to check whether the MPU sends media streams to the Hikvision platform.
 2. The MPU sends media streams normally. Contact Hikvision to locate faults.

Root Cause
The protocol used by the Hikvision platform to obtain streams from Huawei platform is incorrect.
On the Hikvision platform, change the stream obtaining protocol to TCP, as shown in the following figure. After the protocol is changed, the live video is played normally.
