Packet capture analysis is the most direct method for calling problems. Capture packets for signaling analysis on the MCU and the terminal for the same time period.
The displayed time of packet capture is related to the time of the PC used for packet capture. You can confirm by call-ID that packets are captured for the same time period.
The terminal receives the ConferenceRequest message from the MCU and always returns a ConferenceResponse message.
However, some time before the hangup, the VP9650 MCU in Jinan keeps sending ConferenceRequest. Although the terminal sends ConferenceResponse, the MCU does not receive the response. As a result, the MCU detects that the network is abnormal and disconnects the call.
When this problem occurs, port 1341 that connects the MCU to the terminal is unavailable. The network needs to be checked. It can be determined that the fault is not caused by Huawei devices.
H.323 involves many ports. When SIP is used, and the call becomes normal. The problem is then solved.
