Screen Blurring Occurs After the TE40 Joins a Conference, but Packet Loss or Disorder Does Not Occur

Publication Date:  2019-04-25 Views:  22 Downloads:  0
Issue Description

The screen keeps blurred and remains illegible after the TE40 joins the conference. No packet loss is found on the TE40.

Handling Process

1. Media packets captured on the TE40 confirm that:

The TE40 does not receive any packet loss or disorder. I-frame filtering is also normal.

2. Check the parity check in packets.

A parity check failure is found.

3. Check whether the parity check is enabled on the MCU.

The parity check is enabled on the MCU, but the check fails on the TE40 after it receives packets. Therefore, it can be confirmed that bit errors occur on the network. After the switch is replaced, the fault is rectified.
