Small Images on the Middle Screen of the TP3206 Belong to Different Sites in a Multipoint Conference

Publication Date:  2019-04-26 Views:  105 Downloads:  0
Issue Description

TE80: V100R001C01SPCa00
SMC2.0: V500R002C00SPCg00
VP9660: V500R002C00SPCf00

The SMC2.0 is used to schedule a conference. All sites use three-screen telepresence devices. The small images in the middle screen of the TP3206 are not from the same site, but from three different sites.

Handling Process

1. The MCU's one-click troubleshooting information and the SMC logs do not show any abnormality. Preliminary analysis suspects that the images are provided by the MCU.

2. Use an SSH Tool (putty.exe recommended) to log in to the MCU.

Run the dis conf command.

Check that enable va tp site is the default value disable.

Run the sys conf enable-va-tp command, set the value to 1 (displaying the three telepresence screens in a row), and save the setting.

Schedule a new conference for tests. The small images in the middle screen are not displayed properly.

Log in to the MCU through SSH or Telnet, and run sys conf enable-va-tp to set the value to 1.
