switch cannot load patch

Issue Description

customer upload patch but appear below error

<Interlink-25F-RackB-S57-1> patch load s5720li-v200r011sph008.pat all run 
Error: Failed to load the patch because the patch file cannot be obtained from the service pack.

Handling Process

1. Request logs from customer and check dis startup as below show that Device is S5720-LI, but previous patch loaded is S5700-LI so it cause the patch fail to load again.

Root Cause

The device model is S5720-LI, but previous patch does not match which is S5700LI causing patch fail to re-load


Solution

1. Used to load patch by startup command or another way: 

delete previous patch then load again

 - patch deactive all

 - patch delete all

Suggestions

it need to check exact model of device and match the patch version before load.
