Symptom:
An NE40E functions as an LNS, and terminals' IP addresses are delivered through the RADIUS server. How does an NE40E deliver DNS information to terminals?

Solution

Configure DNS in a domain.
1. Configure L2TP users to go online from a specified authentication domain.
# Specify the default authentication domain where L2TP users in the L2TP group named lns1 go online as huawei.
<HUAWEI> system-view

[HUAWEI-l2tp-lns1] default-domain authentication huawei
2. Configure DNS.
# Specify the server with the IP address of 10.1.1.1 as the primary DNS server.
