Issue Description

Stuttering occurs, when view live video from cameras managed by eSpace VCN3000 (V100R002C00SPC105) through clients.

Handling Process

1. Inconsistent frame rates
2. Poor Internet connection in a certain period

Root Cause

1. Inconsistent frame rates: The frame rate is constant in normal cases. However, the frame rate still changes when video is broadcast at 25 fps. Due to inconsistent frame rate, video is split into multiple pieces.
Stuttering occurs when video with different frame rates is synthesized on earlier clients.
2. Network faults occur.

Contact the camera manufacturer to set a unified frame rate of the camera.
