Fails to Access the BMC Management Page on the SMC2.0 Server

Issue Description

On the SMC2.0 server, login to the remote control interface of the BMC through the configuration network port fails. The IP address 192.168.2.100 can be successfully pinged, but the BMC page cannot be accessed.

Alarm Information

The page cannot be accessed through a browser.

Handling Process

The BMC is still suspended after the server is restarted.

Use SSH to log in to the management port (192.168.2.100).

Run the following command to restart the BMC:

root@BMC;/#busybox reboot

Root Cause

The web process of the BMC is suspended.

Solution

Use SSH to log in to the management port.

Run the following command to restart the BMC:

root@BMC;/#busybox reboot
