1. Only global address
pools can be referenced, and interface address pools cannot.
2. The DHCP server
and client must be in the same network segment. That is, no DHCP relay can be
allocating IP addresses:
DHCP server preferentially allocates the IP address that has been statically
bound to a client's MAC address (IP address specified in the static-bind command in the address pool view).
2. The address pool
corresponding to the primary IP address is preferentially used. The next
address pool is used only when there are no idle IP addresses in this address
