fails to log in to the FusionAccess VM. After the user enters the account and
password, the VM is stuck in the dynamic starting state.
After logging in to the WI background using the CLI, check the error log based
on the VM name displayed on the startup page. Error code 400201 indicating the
pre-connection fails is displayed.
2. According to error code 400201,
pre-connection to Huawei Desktop Controller (HDC) fails. It is suspected that
the network connection between WI and HDC is abnormal. WI and HDC are deployed
on the same VM and their IP address is the same, but the WI service is
3. Check the IP address of the ITA VM.
The VM is configured with two network adapters, but the IP addresses of the two
network adapters are in the same network segment. The onsite engineers confirm
that two network planes are deployed according to the document, and the two
network planes are in the same network segment. Then the engineers are advised
to delete one network adapter first or set the two network adapters to
different network segments.
4. After the modification, the VM login
is successful and the problem is resolved.
After two network adapters are set to
an IP address in the same network segment in the operating system, some
applications that depend on the network are abnormal. As a result, the WI
service is abnormal.
Set the two network adapters of the WI
and ITA servers to different networks or delete one network adapter.
It is recommended that an engineer
design the network plan for each network plane when deploying the environment.
Do not configure the IP addresses in the same network segment on different
