Issue Description

Only some cameras pushed by the VCN to an external domain can be displayed.

The external domain is a Uniview platform.

Solution

  1. Confirm the number of devices in a single SIP message supported by the vendor's platform.
  2. Change the number of devices contained in a single SIP message in the VCN.
    • VCN3010/VCN3020 V100R002 and V100R003
      1. Log in to the PCG server as the root user and run the following commands to check the current configuration, as shown in Figure1 .By default, three devices are contained in a single SIP message.

        cd /home/ivs_pcg/mss-apache-tomcat/webapps/PCG/WEB-INF/classes/

        cat pcg.properties |grep pcg.catalog.device.count

      2.

      3. Modify the configuration based on the number of devices in a single SIP message supported by the vendor's platform. For example, if the vendor's platform supports one device in a single SIP message, run the following commands:

        cd /home/ivs_pcg/mss-apache-tomcat/webapps/PCG/WEB-INF/classes/

        sed -i 's/pcg.catalog.device.count=.*/pcg.catalog.device.count=1/g' pcg.properties

Run the cat pcg.properties |grep pcg.catalog.device.count command to check whether the modification is successful.

      4. Restart the PCG.
        1. Log in to the OMU portal as the Admin user and choose System Management > Business operation and management.
        2. Select the required server host from the System Domains area on the left.

        3. Select the PCG module from the module list on the right and click Restart.

    • CloudVCN
      1. Log in to the CSP OM portal, choose Application Configuration > Configuration Management > Configuration > Application Name > Connection, and modify the configuration, as shown in the following figure.

      2. Log in to the host operating system of the container as the cspexpert user in SSH mode. The default password is mt2017@cspos@HW.
      3. Run the su - root command to switch to the root user. The default password is cnp200@cspos@HW.
      4. Run the docker ps -a|grep vcnapi command to obtain the container ID. In the following example, the container ID is 2ef40578cd68.
      5. Run the docker exec -it CONTAINER ID bash command to access the container. In the following example, the command is docker exec -it 2ef40578cd68 bash.
