Disks Cannot Be Displayed on the Disk Management Page of the OMU Portal of the VCN3020

Issue Description

Disks cannot be displayed on the disk management page of the OMU portal of the VCN3020.

Handling Process

  1. Log in to the server as the root user and run the dmidecode|grep Pro command to view the product name. As shown in the following figure, if the value of Product Name is VCN3010 or VCN3020, it is correct. Other values are incorrect.

  2. Click to download the electronic label modification tool.
  3. Decompress the tool package to a computer that is on the same network segment as the server, open elabelTool.exe, enter the IP address, user name, and password of the management network port of the server, and click Read.

  4. When "Read successfully" is displayed, select Device Name and Product Name, change their values to VCN3010 or VCN3020, and click Change.
  5. Power off the server, restart the server, and log in to the OMU portal again to check whether the fault is rectified.
