Issue Description

Requesting live video from an external domain on the C/S client of the VCN3000 fails.

  • The error "IVS_SMU_NO_AVAILABLE_NVR_ERROR = 119108019" is returned.

Handling Process

  1. Analyze SMU logs. The available bandwidth of the forwarding MU is negative and is therefore insufficient.
