Issue Description

The SMC1.0 servers can’t be started, as a result, the SMC1.0 can’t be started.

The ResourceManager, SwitchCentre, and SwitchManager cannot be started, even clicking restart the service in the server is also not work.

1.Disable the antivirus software. Enter services.msc in the running dialog box to enter the system service, right-click ResourceManager, SwitchCentre, and SwitchManager and choose Restart Service, then a message indicates the service restart fails.

2.Re-install the smc.exe file. After the installation is complete, these services still cannot start.

3.Uninstall the SMC and reinstall, these services still cannot start.

4.Reinstalling the operation system and SMC, these services still cannot start.

5.Finally, the time was found to be wrong. The operating system found that the time was 1970. The customer had previously disconnected the server and the motherboard battery was broken. The internal network did not have a NTP time synchronization server, which caused the time to be reset to 1970, and the time was not synchronized with the real time. Thus the SMC cannot be restarted. After the time is changed to the real time and the server is restarted, several services of the SMC start normally, and the SMC software is used normally after being opened.
