Issue Description

After the RP100 is installed on the TV, the TV is tilted on the support, the TV and the ground are not on a horizontal line, and the TV is the LG SE3KB series.

Solution

The TV is LG's SE3KB series, and the VESA adapter must be installed first (in the package).

However, due to the mounting bracket was directly installed by the field engineer, whereas the VESA adapter was not installed, as a result, the TV was tilted after it was hung on the support.

The specific steps for installing the RP100 support on this series of TVs are:

1.Install the VESA adaptation racket first.

2.Install a TV mounting racket

3.After installing the VESA adaptation bracket and the mounting bracket, follow the normal steps to install the support, in this way, the TV will not tilt.
