Issue Description

The web page displays garbled characters after VP9650 V5R2C10SPC700upgrading to V500R002C00SPC200, and it cannot log in and operate normally.

The web prompts certificate error and then the following picture is displayed after clicking continue.

Handling Process

1.Log in to the MCU via SSH2.

1)     Make sure the MCU starts normally (Run the dis version command to view version of large system)

2)     No alarm (Run the dis alarm-info to check whether there is an alarm)

  3)     The file in the CF card is not lost (file ll ata00:1/web).

2.Clear the cache of IE, and re-open IE. The problem still exists.

3.Choose Internet option > advanced, select Use TLS1.0, Use TLS1.1 and Use TLS1.2. Log in again, the problem still exists.

4.Log in to the MCU by chrome and Firefox. The problem still exists.

5.Open the TLS1.0 of VP9650, and the log into MCU via SSH2. Run the sys enable-tls1.0 command to choose 1 enable, as a result, the problem is resolved, and the MCU can log in by all of the mainstream browser.


Open the TLS1.0 option of VP9650 manually to resolve.
