Issue Description

iManager U2000 V200R016C60SPC201 msuite shows the HA servers packet 100% loss

Alarm Information


Handling Process

Please try to ping Jumbopackets in to test if the network allow Jumbo packets transfer and check if anypackets loss :

 

a.     Login theprimary server make ping test to secondary server :

ping 10.xxx.xxx.xxx -c 50 -i1 -s 8192

 

b.     Login thesecondary server make ping test to primary server :

ping 10.xxx.xxx.xxx -c 50-i 1 -s 8192

 

 

3.     If confirm network no issue , but alarm still not clear , please do as below :

a.     Please findbelow file , check if existing same alarm with the U2000 in this file :

/opt/oss/server/platform/resourcemonitor/AlarmInfo.txt

If the alarm in this file ,please remove the alarm in the file (just remove the alarm , do not delete the file ), and then restart the Resource Monitor process

 

      Reset Resource Monitor process method (use kill command to stop it forcibly , itwill be automatically up)

ps-ef | grep ResourceMonitor

querythe ResourceMonitor ID
kill -9 PID

change network to allow 8192 bytes packets transfer.
